Privacy policy

Short version: this website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. We only process what you send us, to reply to you.

Who we are

This website is operated by NooraNoir OÜ, registry code 17563701, Karja tn 7-18, Narva-Jõesuu 29023, Estonia (“Placedon”, “we”). We are the controller of personal data processed through this site. Contact: hello@placedon.eu.

What we collect

  • When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write (for example where you ship and what you sell).
  • Server logs: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, time and requested page, to deliver and secure the site.
  • The checker runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent unless you choose to send them to us.

We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain. Links to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram are plain links, not embeds.

  • Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract, at your request).
  • Operating and securing the website: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Keeping records required by law: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider (as processor), our email provider when we reply, and, if the contact form uses a form service, that service. We don't sell your data or share it for others' purposes. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Then we keep them for the contract and any statutory retention period. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion and portability of your data, and restrict or object to processing. Write to hello@placedon.eu. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local authority.

Changes

We update this policy when the service changes. The date above shows the current version.
