Terms of service
These terms apply to this website and to Placedon's services during the pilot. Your written offer takes precedence where it says something different.
1. Who we are
Placedon is a trading name of NooraNoir OÜ, registry code 17563701, Karja tn 7-18, Narva-Jõesuu 29023, Estonia.
2. What we do
We help online sellers with packaging EPR registrations and related paperwork, and explain published rules. We are not a law firm and don't provide legal advice. Information on this website, including the checker and guides, is general and may not reflect the latest changes.
3. Offers and prices
Before any paid work, you get a written offer with the scope, our price and expected third-party fees. Prices shown on this website are pilot prices and may change for new clients. Fees of schemes, authorities and authorised representatives are separate unless your offer says otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
- You remain the legally obliged producer. Registrations are made in your name.
- You provide complete and accurate data (company details, brands, quantities) and tell us about changes.
- You pay scheme and third-party fees on time.
5. Third parties
Dual systems, eco-organisms, schemes and authorised representatives are independent. Their decisions, prices and processing times are outside our control, and we can't promise turnaround times that depend on them.
6. Liability
We work with due care. Except for intent or gross negligence, and where the law doesn't allow a limitation, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. We're not liable for consequences of incorrect data you provide, or for decisions of authorities and third parties.
7. Law
Estonian law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you accept our offer.
